At John Hardy, we are committed to the quality of our handcrafted jewelry and offer complimentary returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition. Please ensure all original packaging and security tags are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original pouch and presentation box, ensuring the security tag remains attached, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
